Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and other design projects.
• Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
• Incorporate brand guidelines and ensure consistency in visual identity across all design projects.
• Work with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives, ensuring that designs effectively communicate the intended message.
• Use industrystandard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premium Cut Pro, etc), to create and manipulate designs.
• Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure accurate and highquality production of print materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure designs meet their specific requirements and goals.
• Provide input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate new design concepts and ideas.
• Maintain an organized file management system and asset library to ensure easy access and retrieval of design files and resources.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premium Cut Pro, Etc). Knowledge of other design software is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain highquality standards in design execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
• A passion for creativity, staying uptodate with design trends, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and techniques.

Salary:
₹2, ₹5,000.00 per month
