Responsibilities:


Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.


Visitor Assistance:
Provide information and assistance to visitors.
Ensure all guests are signed in and connected with the appropriate personnel.


Administrative Support:
Assist with general office tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.


Communication:
Relay messages to staff members in a timely manner.
Respond to inquiries and provide basic information about the organization.


Office Supplies:
Monitor and order office supplies as needed. Keep track of inventory and replenish supplies.


Working Conditions:
This position involves working at the front desk in a professional office environment. The Receptionist may be required to work regular business hours and occasionally handle additional responsibilities as needed.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
