Description
Maintaining daily check list, QC report.- prepare machine to start a production cycle.
- Performing inspection, cleaning and other activities.
- Control and adjust machine settings.
- Fix issues that might occur during shift.
- Evaluate machine performance.
- Inspect machine to identify any replacement, malfunctions and repairs.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation
- Verify output to detect any machine related mistakes or flaws
- Ensuring coil as per work order.
- Read and comprehend production sop.
