You will perform relevant duties related to the production of Ecolab products by acting upon all the provisions of quality systems and complying with company health & safety policies and procedures.

What You Will Do:


  • Complete assigned production tasks in packaging, filling and mixing
  • Be responsible for all team members' work arrangements and management
  • Maintain assigned equipment, facilities and monitor production safety in individual 6S area
  • Implement the company's principles, policies and operational requirements for quality, health, safety, environmental management
  • Strictly observe all the safety rules in the national laws and corporate safety regulations
  • Strictly comply with the code of conduct, employee handbook, work flow, operation standards and other regulations required by Ecolab, the factory, or the division
  • Complete other work assigned by direct manager

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. with Chemistry.


2-3 years of experience as a production / process Operator in Production function of a reputed Chemical manufacturing company with hands on experience in chemical manufacturing with respect to raw material charging, processing, filling and vessel decontamination for product change over with some knowledge of chemical & operational safety and understanding of equipment related to chemical manufacturing.


  • Some exposure to 5S, CLIT, defect tagging & other TPM activities are desirable.
