Help promote the company

  • Inform customers about services that could suit them
  • Suggesting products they may be interested in
  • Putting them in touch with someone senior should they need it
  • Speaking to customers on the phone, helping them with their questions or issues
  • Taking payments by phone, letter and our online services
  • Creating customer records and keeping them up to date
  • Accurately listen to, record and respond to customer communications
  • Direct incoming customer queries to the advice or service that will best meet their needs
  • Work with order systems to solve problems and reach satisfactory conclusions
  • Work quickly and efficiently and within company guidelines
  • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and internal departments

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay:
₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
