We are seeking a Tele Caller Executive to work with our partner organization and promote the products or services offered by our organization.

The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for generating leads and sales by conducting outbound calls to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads and sales
Work with the companies / partners to which we are providing Consultancy Service
Identify potential customers and collect their contact information
Understand the products or services offered by our organization and explain them to potential customers
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and answering questions
Use effective selling techniques to persuade potential customers to purchase products or services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the sales manager or supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
