Sales Officer for (Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta )

Qualification:
Any degree or diploma with 10 year relevant experience

  • Allocating areas to sales representatives
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Analyzing and managing sales figures
  • Framing sales strategies.
  • Territory wise target achievement.
  • Collecting market research and customer feedback an identifying problems/patterns
  • Reporting back to senior managers
  • Dealing with major customer accounts yourself
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Skills and Interests_
  • Be able to sell well and encourage others to do the same
  • Be business aware
  • Be able to motivate and lead a team
  • Have selfconfidence and an interest in sales
  • You must show that you can work calmly under pressure
  • Have the relevant office and I.T skills

Pay:
From ₹25,000.00 per month


Shift:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
