Description

Purpose:


Responsible for the activities related to the Factory Administration which includes the adherence to the compliance related requirements, dealing with Govt.

& other statutory authorities to ensure the certification, licenses, and on-time renewals.

Supporting the factory for the Safety & Security, IT Related Services including Telecommunication, Courier, Local Transportation of Employees, Transport for Materials, Travel and accommodation support for the employees, Housekeeping (Internal & External) and Garden Maintenance.


Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice engineering vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

  • Compliance and Statutory:
Ø Reports submission to Inspector of Factories

Ø Fire Safety Certification and renewal

Ø Electrical Bills payment and maintaining data

Ø PCB Related Reports

  • Safety & Security:
Ø Safety Related displays, Reports, and data maintenance

Ø Accident Register

Ø Emergency Contacts List at Security (Police station, Fire station, Ambulance, Pest Control, Electrical & Water supply authorities)

Ø Security Camera Vigilance (CCTV)

Ø Security Team Management, Daily Drill, Attendance and Shift plan

  • IT Related Services including Telecommunication:
Ø Internet service management

Ø Budgeting & Approvals for the Computers and related requirements

Ø Coordination with IT Support providers

Ø Software License - Renewals

Ø Password protection & Risk Management

Ø Protection of Unauthorized software / Program usage in office systems

Ø Telecommunication - Landline and Mobile Services management

  • Courier:
Ø Liaise with approved service provider

Ø Courier inward / outward / Acknowledgement records

Ø Bills verification & approval for payment

  • Transportation: (Employees & Materials)
Ø Scheduling and maintaining on-time service to the employee's transportation

Ø Upkeeping of Transport vehicles

Ø Maintenance of vehicles & Accounts

Ø Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from the Sales team

Ø Scheduling & approvals for the local transportation of Materials

  • Travel & Accommodation Service:
Ø Employees travel and accommodation for the official visits

Ø Approval Log & Advance payment

Ø Settlement of Bills

  • Housekeeping: (Internal / External):
Ø Overall Factory Housekeeping

Ø External including Garden

Ø Internal - Coordination with Contract team for housekeeping

Ø Consumable's budgeting, approvals & payments


Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
