As a Marketing Fresher, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Support the creation of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Assist in managing social media channels and online presence, including content creation and engagement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Help organize and participate in marketing events, such as product launches, exhibitions, and workshops.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) from a toptier business school or equivalent.
Strong passion for marketing with a desire to build a career in the field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing is desirable but not mandatory.
