About the Team:

Your Responsibilities:

Support client requests and troubleshoot job scripts for various service requests.
Provide technical support for software production processing.
Assist programming staff in analyzing software performance and resource consumption.
Provide consultation to internal users on software capabilities and use.
Follow escalation procedures, when necessary, to resolve incidents in a timely manner.

Your Qualifications:

Skills: Proficient in Unix (mandatory), with an added advantage of shell scripting and job scheduling. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to various audiences.
Ability to diagnose and resolve daytoday problems.
Interpersonal skills, teamwork, conflict management abilities.
Analytical, statistical, and problemsolving skills.
