Overview:


As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company by effectively promoting and selling products or services.

This dynamic position requires a combination of strong sales and marketing skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.


Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing initiatives.

Customer Acquisition:


  • Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product or service presentations to showcase value propositions.

Marketing Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Sales Meetings and Presentations:


  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with potential clients.
  • Deliver persuasive and compelling presentations to showcase products or services.
  • Address client concerns and objections to secure deals.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Generate regular reports for management on sales metrics, achievements, and challenges.

Negotiation and Closing:


  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

Market Intelligence:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Use market intelligence to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a successful track record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
