Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the production schedule, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor the production process to ensure that quality standards are met
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, sales, and marketing, to ensure that products meet customer expectations
  • Analyze market trends and customer demands to inform production decisions
  • Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, building longterm partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of production activities

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion production or merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
