Accountabilities:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the calendars of multiple senior leaders across different time zones.
You will also manage billing of professional fees and direct expenses, prepare travel and expense reports, compose contract letters, arrange complex travel plans, and organize seminars/events activities.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- At least 810 years of EA experience
- At least 45 years of experience in handling calendars of multiple senior leaders
- Experience in handling calendars of multiple time zones
- APAC, EMEA and NAM
- Experience in international travel management
- Ability to manage multiple senior leaders in a highly demanding and agile work environment
- Good experience in working with global stakeholders to manage time effectively
- Experience in managing billing of professional fees and direct expenses
- Experience in preparing travel and expense reports including Forex reconciliations, travel documents, visa, etc.
- Experience in composing contract letters, publications, proposals, agendas, executive summary reports and minutes of meetings
- Experience in arranging complex and detailed travel plans and agendas
- Experience in making presentations slides (MS PowerPoint) and Excelsheet reports in high volume
- Experience in booking, arranging and conducting Telephone and Video conferencing using the appropriate systems
- Experience in organizing Seminars/Events activities.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree preferred

- This role is based out of Chennai
