Job Description:

As a Video Editor atBusiness Mantra, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and our clients' projects.

You will be responsible for editing a wide range of video content, including showreels, promotional videos, social media content, and Instagram reels.

You will work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life and produce compelling video content that captures the essence of our brand and clients' visions.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos, showreels, and Instagram reels.

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver content that aligns with the client's or company's vision.

Select and incorporate appropriate music, graphics, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of the videos.

Ensure a seamless and engaging storytelling experience, paying attention to pacing, transitions, and continuity.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and video editing techniques to deliver cutting-edge content.

Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Maintain a well-organized and efficient video editing workflow.

Review and provide feedback on video content to ensure it meets quality and brand standards.

Optimize videos for various platforms and resolutions, including Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.

Contribute to the development of a consistent visual style that reflects our brand identity.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and video composition.
Familiarity with color correction, audio editing, and postproduction techniques.
Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and delivery methods.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of current trends in video editing and social media platforms.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
