Description

IT Logistics-Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Handling infra EForms Allocation/De-Allocation of IT Assets as per SLA.
  • Maintain impress stock in Hyderabad DLF Office.
  • Coordinating with Vendors for various hardware, software, consumable requirement, get three quotes, negotiate and place order
  • Raising PR, followup for
  • PR approvals, Once approved forward to Commercial to release PO.
  • Track for PO release and followup with vendors for item delivery and upon receipt of the HW assets needs to be updated in inventory tool
  • Once Vendor Invoice is received, prepare receipt in Oracle system followup for payments with Finance
  • Tracking of all Capex and Opex expense and send monthly reports.
  • Maintain Vendor Escalation Matrix and track their SLA.
  • Tracking of Exit employee's asset recovery.
  • Tracking of new joiners' assets allocation.
  • Coordinating with venders and OEMs
  • Good in report preparation including Excel and agreed reports has to be sent as per timeline agreed
  • Good in communication both oral and written, work closely with all stakeholders
  • Adhere to all the process, procedure, and policy as per Zensar standard
  • Monthly random Asset Audit and Quarterly 100% physical Audit need to be carried out and reported.
  • Nil Asset variation need to be maintained at any given point of time.
