Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Healthcare Recruiter (Associates, Executives, Specialists, Leads, and Account Coordinators).

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including healthcare staffing, customer service, communication, and recruiting within the healthcare sector.

The position is based in Dehradun, India.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 months experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting
Marketing skills and experience working on social media platforms i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to hire healthcare professionals
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or an equivalent field is a plus

The following qualifications will also be beneficial for this role:

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
