We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven
ERP Sales Associate to join our team.

As an ERP Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving the sales of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions to potential clients.


Your primary duties will include:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.

Needs Assessment:Understand the business needs and requirements of potential clients through in-depth discussions and analysis.

Solution Presentation:Present tailored ERP solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our offerings meet their specific needs and deliver value to their business.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals in line with company policies and targets.

Deal Closure:Work towards achieving sales targets by effectively closing deals and securing contracts with clients.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ERP solutions, features, and benefits to effectively communicate them to clients and address any inquiries they may have.

Market Awareness:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and identify new sales opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP sales or related software sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively present and articulate complex technical solutions to nontechnical audiences.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
