Primary Teacher:


Responsibilities:


Classroom Management:
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, manage student behavior, and ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere.


Curriculum Development:

Plan and deliver lessons that align with the school's curriculum, adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students.


Assessment and Evaluation:
Assess students' progress through various means, such as tests, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents.


Parental Involvement:
Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding students' academic and behavioral progress. Attend parent-teacher conferences as needed.


Professional Development:
Stay informed about educational trends, participate in workshops, and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth.


Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and administrators to create a cohesive and effective learning environment.


Qualifications:


Education:
Post Graduate with B. Ed


Teaching Certification:
Obtain the necessary teaching certification or licensure as required by the jurisdiction.


Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.


Patience and Adaptability:
Ability to work with diverse groups of students and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.


Science Teacher:


Responsibilities:


Subject Knowledge:
Have a deep understanding of the scientific concepts being taught and stay updated on developments in the field.


Curriculum Implementation:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's science curriculum, integrating hands-on experiments and activities when possible.


Lab Management:
Oversee laboratory activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and students have access to necessary materials and equipment.


Assessment:
Evaluate and grade students' assignments, projects, and exams. Provide feedback on their scientific inquiry skills and conceptual understanding.


Technology Integration:
Incorporate technology into the teaching of science, using tools and resources to enhance learning experiences.


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
