Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform chemical analysis of water samples using standard laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Conduct quality control tests to ensure the integrity and accuracy of test results.
- Interpret test data and prepare comprehensive reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and address water quality issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and routine maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to water chemistry and treatment technologies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new testing methodologies and procedures.
- Participate in field inspections and data collection activities as needed.
- Support other departments with technical expertise and guidance as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in the water treatment industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with water quality parameters, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
