Sales Executive
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively meeting customer needs, generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting cold calls, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Identify and pursue leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Follow up on inquiries promptly and effectively to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain a systematic approach to lead tracking and management.
Achievement of Sales Targets:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance regularly and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
Continuously seek opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Territory Management:
Manage the assigned territory efficiently, prioritizing high-potential accounts and opportunities.
Plan and organize sales activities such as client visits, meetings, and presentations.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to the territory.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and other relevant data.
Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
