experience in writing complex Business Rules and Decision Tables in IBM Decision Center.
experience in creating BOM, XOM, Dynamic Variables, Business rules, Decision Tables, Rule flow, Rule functions.
experience with Orchestrating, Authoring, Deploying rules.
Ability to interpret business requirements and work closely with project team members, technical leads, and business partners to provide an optimal solution design.
Experienced in development and testing of business rules using Business Action Language and Decision Tables
Experienced with IBM ODM 8.X version with WebSphere Application Server.
Familiarity with techniques/tools and best practices to be used for rule extraction/harvesting from existing legacy systems and their externalization.
Adherence to Testing Best Practices & Methodologies (Unit, End-To-End, Etc.)
Adherence to Application Development Documentation Best Practices.
Experience in conducting Design & Code Reviews Technical Skills (Secondary – Java).
Familiar with Agile software development methodologies.
Should be aware of Agile methodology with daily scrum meetings, Iteration planning meetings.
Leading offshore team, getting daily status and updates from team and help them in technical, functional, and business requirements queries.
