Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving incidents related to Avaya Core communication systems and associated technologies

Avaya Aura Messaging

Avaya Aura System Manager & Session Manager

Avaya Call Center Software w/ Advanced Features & Services

Avaya CMS Administration, Maintenance, Script Development & Deployment

Avaya Call Center Software w/ Advanced Features & Services

Provide administration and configuration MACD-level support

CALL MANAGER Features:
CSS Partitioning, Call Routing and IP Phone Registration.

Installation and configuration of IP phones and Route patterns, Translation Pattern, Hunt - group, CSS, Partitions,Bulk Creation, SNR, MVA(DISA)

H323 / MGCP/SIP Gateways:
Debugs (CCAPI & ISDN, CCSIP) reading on routers: 28XX / 38XX - 29XX / 39XX / 43XX


Unified Communications:
IP Phone Set - up, Configuration & Registration

Dial - plan Management, Call Routing on Call Manager and Unity Connection servers.

Analyzing, designing, and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration networks.

Packet captures through Wire shark, RTMT.

Analyzing the traces & logs to troubleshoot different scenarios and search the root cause.

IP Phone (79xx, 88xx, 99xx, 89xx)

CALL MANAGER, CUC, IM&P, UCCX Maintenance, support, and upgrades


H323/ MGCP/ SIP/ CUBE implementation and support VCS Expressway, MRA, UCDT SIP Implementation & support to multi - vendor equipment.

Demonstrated experience in performing upgrades of IPO release10.X, 11.X

CCNA or CCNP Voice preferred.


Network and Communication:

Deep knowledge of Router & Switches

Understanding of SD WAN

Able to Build solutions around network development and Design.

Knowledge of Designing Campus Wifi is added advantage.

CCNA or CCNP certified.


Minimum Qualification:

10 years of full-time education

B Tech/ BE completion

Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)

4+ years network engineering experience with focus on IPT particularly CALL MANAGER

Hands on Knowledge/ Experience of H.323, H248, MGCP and SIP

Hands on Knowledge / Experience of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and IP
