Description
Responsibilities:
_
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Assist with the coordination of office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Salary:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
