Responsibilities

CSM/PSM certification is a must.
Must have prior experience in managing Scrum team.
Well versed with Scrum ceremonies (like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective).
Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
Facilitate internal communication.
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders).
Work with product owners to facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
Helping team in removing conflicts and obstacles that hinder the project progress.
Help teams implement changes effectively.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to obtain higher scrum maturity.

Skill Set

Agile principles.

Scrum practices.

Well versed with Scrum ceremonies (like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog refinement, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospective).

Having worked on projects in Scrum is an advantage.
