    Description

    Overview:

    The SAP ABAPposition is crucial to our organization as it involves developingand maintaining ABAP programs to enhance and customize SAPfunctionalities to meet business requirements. The role requiresstrong technical and analytical skills to ensure the smoothoperation of our SAP environment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Design and developABAP programs reports interfaces conversions and forms to supportbusiness processes
    • Collaborate with functionalteams to understand business requirements and translate them intotechnical designs
    • Perform debugging andtroubleshooting to resolve technical issues in SAPsystems
    • Conduct performance tuning andoptimization of ABAP programs for efficient systemoperation
    • Create and maintain technicaldocumentation for developed programs andcustomizations
    • Participate in system testingand support endusers during the testingphase
    • Work on enhancement and modification ofstandard SAP programs
    • Provide technical supportand guidance to junior developers and functionalteams
    • Handle integration and coordination withother SAP modules
    • Collaborate with SAP Basisteam for system performance andmaintenance
    • Stay updated with latest SAPtechnologies and tools to drive continuousimprovement
    • Contribute to the overall SAPsystem architecture design anddevelopment
    • Participate in project planningestimation and implementationactivities
    • Support SAP upgrades andmigrations
    • Adhere to coding standards and bestpractices

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
    • 3 years of handson experience in SAP ABAPdevelopment
    • Extensive knowledge of SAP modulesand their integration with ABAP
    • Proficiency inprogramming languages such as ABAP Java andSQL
    • Experience in database management andperformance optimization
    • Strong understandingof SAP development tools andmethodologies
    • Ability to perform technicalanalysis and provide innovativesolutions
    • Excellent debugging andtroubleshooting skills
    • Good communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctionalteams
    • Experience in technical documentation andknowledge transfer
    • Knowledge of SAP Fiori HANAand other advanced SAP technologies is aplus
    • Certification in SAP ABAP development isdesirable
    • Capability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic environment
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities
    • Abilityto manage multiple priorities and deliver results withindeadlines
