POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for connecting with leads, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENT:
Residential Sales, Real Estate Sales, Commercial Sales, Field Sales, Experience in Real Estate.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Understand the customers needs and preferences and offer them suitable properties from our portfolio.
- Arrange property visits and conduct presentations and negotiations with customers and developers.
- Follow up with customers and provide them with aftersales service and support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on the progress and challenges.
- Responsible for developing new clients to meet business target.
- Demonstrate personal competencies, including a minimum of 13 years of B2C sales experience, good communication and client handling skills, ability to handle rejection, and flexibility with working hours.
Salary:
₹2,40,000- 4,00,000/- per Annum
