POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for connecting with leads, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

This role requires proactive outreach, effective communication, and a passion for achieving sales targets in the real estate industry. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you in our team.

Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, communication skills, Target Achievement, Lead Generation, Good Knowledge and Experience in CRM, Good CP(Channel Partner) or Broker Connects, Good Product Knowledge, Knowledge about Real Estate Market


REQUIREMENT:

Residential Sales, Real Estate Sales, Commercial Sales, Field Sales, Experience in Real Estate.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Understand the customers needs and preferences and offer them suitable properties from our portfolio.
  • Arrange property visits and conduct presentations and negotiations with customers and developers.
  • Follow up with customers and provide them with aftersales service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on the progress and challenges.
  • Responsible for developing new clients to meet business target.
  • Demonstrate personal competencies, including a minimum of 13 years of B2C sales experience, good communication and client handling skills, ability to handle rejection, and flexibility with working hours.

Salary:
₹2,40,000- 4,00,000/- per Annum
