We are looking for an Customer Care Executive to respond to queries from our customers.


Customer Care Executive responsibilities include interacting with customers in a polite and pleasant manner, patiently hear out their query, get updates from our network of offices if required and provide a response to the customer.

If you are a graduate and have at least 6 months of experience in similar work, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help our business run smoothly, and answer customer queries.


Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:


  • Courier or Logistics customer care: 1 year (required)
