Roles and Responsibility

Analyze the technology environment, enterprise specifics, and document

requirements.

Architect the design for new features and technologies for the platform.
Experience of designing, describing, and managing solution engineering to match it with specific business problems.
Provide supervision and guidance to development teams Continually research the

current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.

Leading the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for a particular

solution.

Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions

being implemented.

Describes the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the software

to project stakeholders.

Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and

delivered.

Experience in Agile Development projects.
Managing the limitations usually referred to as a constraints of technology, risks,

scope, cost, quality, time and resource.

Potential enough logical thinking towards current business market.
Controlling solution development and supporting project management.
Setting the collaboration framework and creating a solution prototype.
Support and resolve issue resolutions and clarification for crossfunctional teams.
Support team lead and project manager at program level in resolving open issues.

Required Skills and qualification

Proactively identifying solutions for technical issues.
Ability to maintain technical evaluation procedures.
Ability to estimate project effort based on the requirement.
Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications.
Break down complex problems into logical components.
Interface with other teams designers and other parallel practice; including regular followup for any conflicts during project execution.
Create and articulate impactful technical presentations.
Drive conference calls with customers and answer customer questions.
Ability to work under pressure determine dependencies risks facilitate planning and handle multiple tasks.
Build confidence with customers by meeting the deliverables in time with quality.
