Description
Effective Communications between Sheetla vs Customer
Queries handle with result oriented for customers
Timely respond to customers
Cost information, approval and updated into Sheetla GRN for billing purpose
Shipment delivery with arrangement of all other supporting (crane/labours/dedicated vehicle) on timely and take required POD and submit to customer
Daily delivery planning and ensure to close by EOD
Co-ordinate with line manager and take support if required
Ensure customers booking and required reports like MIS, monthly etc. should be sent by respective team (coordination within sheetla team to successfully done)

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,767.36 per month
