Hardware & Networking Support Executive - Raha, India - Dream & Zeal
Description
Responsible for identifying, investigating & resolving user/ client's problems technically.- Responsible for understanding the customer requirement and subsequent preparation of suitable technical solution / presentation.
- Responsible for providing POC (Proof of Concept).
- Responsible for installation, configuration & execution of work within specified time frame along with the team.
- Responsible for proving adequate support for warranty / postwarranty calls.
- Responsible for followup of RMA issues with respective OEMs.
- Responsible for preparing of all technical documents related to any project / implementation / AMC support.
- Responsible for Periodic reporting and effective communication.
- Responsible for onsite technical support to customers.
- Responsible for All Compliances
- Customer related, workplace, OEM/Supplier, people, Processes and systems
- Responsible for transformation and Change Management
