**Job Description: Product Owner in the Tribe:
Buying and Owning Real Estate in Denmark

  • Product Owner collects and prioritizes customer preferences, then support their squad to deliver associated value, by being:
  • Customer centric entrepreneur
  • Regularly speak with customers to understand issues and latent needs then prioritize them
  • Document prioritized customer preference and define sprint goals and refine user stories
  • Catalyst leader in a crossfunctional Squad
  • Able to lead through servant leadership
  • Create a conducive and collaborative environment through effective leadership
  • Knows when to escalate issues
  • Personal ownership of business outcomes
  • Drive agile maturity by sharing outcomes to senior members in agile events and artifacts
  • Ensure senior members have the chance to provide feedback on output, not input

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Representing the customers and maximizing value creation for them within the constraints of business strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Aligning on the Squad's mission and deliverables with Tribe Lead, customers and other stakeholders
  • Defining Sprint Goals and ensuring the items from the Product Backlog into the Sprint are well defined and understood by the Squad
  • Adapting Product Backlog in case of customer feedback and impediments
  • Delivering and supporting the Sprint forecast as part of the Squad
  • Creating a conductive and collaborative environment within my Squad
  • Committed to the bank's Agile Ways of working through seeking greater collaboration and breaking down of silos.
