Job Purpose

  • Churn
  • To ensure customer retention by driving operational intensity (across lead & lag indicators), indepth analysis, implementing retention tools & best practices exchange, R&R, process interventions, automation & revamped VSD Model.


  • Collections

  • To drive efficient collections and reduction in Bad Debt / DSO by creating a strong ecosystem to drive timely reconciliation, strong cross functional collaboration related to dispute resolution / Taxation / Invoicing, liquidating provisions & open BRS / suspense accounts, IT interventions, automation & tight governance


  • NPS

  • To drive a high net promoter score by ensuring max customer responses, timely closures of detractor responses, improving customer connects and process / system corrections to build a benchmark customer experience
  • Network Governance & Digital 1. Network governance interlock 2. Network portal quality 3. Digital Adoption

Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas
- (1) Subscriber churn (Mobility&IOT) < = MDT (Leadership Dashboard) (2) HVC churn < = MDT (Leadership Dashboard) (3) Coverage and TAT adherence of on-boarding process.
- (1) YTD AR reduction by 30% for mobility+IOT (against closing of Mar' % collections against billing (3) Bad Debts < 1% % compliance for BCFC
- (1) RNPS (Mobility) = 85 Pts (2) Customer Connect (Mobility) = 100% PAV / UAV / NSR (SMP)
% adherence to monthly connects at circle level & % compliance scores as per the quality audit of network portal (2) 15% reduction in Network CPKA (3) Digital dashboard targets for vibm.
