We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Student Success Manager to join our team at ExcelR Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student success management and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective student success strategies to improve student outcomes.
Build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a supportive learning environment.
Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates with students to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to align student success programs with course objectives.
Analyze data and metrics to measure student success and inform program improvements.
Provide coaching and guidance to students on academic and personal matters.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in student success management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
