Prospecting:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients. This involves researching businesses that could benefit from our services and identifying the key decision-makers within these organizations.
Qualifying:
Once potential clients have been identified, the Sales Executive will need to qualify them. This involves assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process to determine if they are a viable prospect.
Closing:
The ultimate responsibility of the Sales Executive is to close new business opportunities. This involves negotiating terms, prices, and contracts to secure new business deals.
Revenue Growth:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth. This will be achieved by increasing sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
B2B Client Management:
The Sales Executive will need to manage relationships with B2B clients. This involves maintaining regular contact, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
Job Requirements:
Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the staffing vertical.
Experience in student counseling for university courses and B.Voc courses.
Experience in networking & business development.
Good communication skills.
Availability to work in day shifts.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
