Project Coordinator at Hancod Digital Private Limited

Hancod is looking for a meticulous and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our cutting-edge technology company. This role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of our projects from start to finish by organizing tasks, resources, and information. Succeeding in this role involves delivering projects punctually, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards, thereby directly supporting Hancod's mission of boosting efficiency, productivity, and brand visibility through customized technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Oversight: Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to guarantee timely delivery within scope and budget.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for project teams and external clients, facilitating transparent communication and keeping stakeholders updated on progress and challenges.
Documentation and Reporting: Manage thorough project documentation, including plans, reports, and trackers. Generate regular status updates for management and all involved parties.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and challenges, suggesting solutions to prevent or resolve them promptly.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the QA team to ensure all project aspects meet quality standards and adhere to company procedures.
Resource Coordination: Aid in allocating necessary resources, such as personnel and technology, to ensure each project has the required support to thrive.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing project management processes and tools, ensuring the application of best practices at all times.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and effective time management.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a bonus.
Team Collaboration: Capable of working efficiently in a team and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling well-informed decision-making.
