Roles and Responsibility
Develop innovative and marketrelevant fashion apparel designs that align with the brand's identity and resonate with international customers, ideate and conceptualize collections.
Stay uptodate with global fashion trends, color palettes, fabric innovations, and consumer preferences to infuse the latest trends into design concepts.
Create detailed sketches and technical drawings that effectively communicate design concepts and specifications to pattern makers and production teams.
Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for garment designs, considering quality, feasibility, and costeffectiveness.
Understand the needs and preferences of international clients, creating designs that cater to different markets and demographic preferences.
Create compelling and visually appealing design presentations for internal teams and international clients, effectively communicating design concepts and inspiration.
Plan & create new designs by collaborating with the team members to create new concepts, categories/new ranges.
Lead and provide overall creative direction to the brand by conceptualizing and developing ranges for different categories.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including merchandising, production etc. to align design concepts with overall brand strategies and business goals.
Prepare and deliver design presentations that effectively communicate design concepts, inspirations, and technical details to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Choose appropriate materials, fabrics, trims, and color schemes that align with design concepts, ensuring feasibility for production and marketability.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer feedback to make informed design decisions that resonate with target audiences.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
Excellent sketching skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinking, problemsolving skills, and a passion for innovation in design.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability and willingness to evolve designs based on feedback and market trends.
Creative with a strong passion and aesthetic for modern, mínimal design.
Worked with American and European brands in knit and woven both in women and kids wear.
Able to work as a team player
