Responsibilities:

Engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Provide product information, pricing, and aftersales services to customers
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Keep uptodate with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment
Proficiency in English and knowledge of local languages is an advantage
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques

Experience:

Minimum 2 Years experience in reputed Jewellery, Fresher's can also apply
