Responsibilities:


  • Engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Provide product information, pricing, and aftersales services to customers
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Keep uptodate with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:


  • Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of local languages is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques

Experience:

Minimum 2 Years experience in reputed Jewellery, Fresher's can also apply
