Responsibilities:_

- _Transaction processing and making reach out calls to Insured/provider/facility according to standard work & SOP_
- _Prioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA_
- _Plans and prioritizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives_
- _Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems._
- _Assist with/perform other team tasks as the need arises._
- _Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_
- _Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards_
- _Handle own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met._
- _Handle basic day to day requirements of excel_

Qualifications:_

- _Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law_

Essential skills:_

- _Proven experience in international calling, good to have health/disability insurance._
- _Understanding of HIPAA (PHI/PII)_
- _Excellent English Communication (Both written & verbal)_
- _Proactive communication & High analytical skills with ability to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data_
- _Displays energy and passion in approaching the job_
- _Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service_
- _Ready to work on stretched working hours_
- _Ability to independently get along with internal and external customers_
- _Customer service focus_
- _Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 40 words/minute_
- _Insurance knowledge_
- _Experience towards direct calling to Insured/ providers/facility_
- _Calling skills with TX >70_
