Self-Starter, Customer-focused, comfortable talking with customers

Experience in Brand Design, Illustrations

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Proficient in English.

Understands or speaks Kannada/Tamil/Telugu (not a compulsion)

Roles/Responsibilities_


Managing Social Media Accounts:

You will oversee and manage the company's social media presence.

This includes creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring

analytics.


Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research on market trends, analyze brand audiences, and study competitors.

Use this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.


Handling Customer Queries and Reviews:

You'll be responsible for addressing online customer inquiries.

Additionally, manage phone calls and monitor customer reviews.


Promotional Activities and Travel:

Be open to traveling to different locations for promotional events.

These activities could include product launches, trade shows, or other marketing events.


Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies:

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the brand, products, or services.

Utilize various channels such as print media, digital platforms, and more.


Campaign Execution and Performance Evaluation:

Implement marketing campaigns according to the strategy.

Regularly evaluate campaign performance using key metrics.
