We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives with - 2 years of experience of Recruitment Industry to boost our staffing business.
If you are a success driven individual, an aggressive go-getter with positive attitude, good communication and excellent rapport building skills then we would like to consider you.
- Proactively approaches the market and market analyses (competition, market trends, opportunities etc.).
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking and lead generation.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients to secure new business.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and results.
You should be:
- Creating winning relationships.
- Present concepts and ideas to all levels of management internal and external.
- Demonstrate Sales Ability & experience of Sales at Top & Senior Management.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work while being flexible to changing needs.
- Work effectively and strategically with mínimal direction.
- Demonstrate excellent Written and Verbal communication skills detailed, organized and concise with a professional style.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- International voice process: 1 year (required)
