OFT Trainer:
to prepare trainees on


  • Installation/repairs of fiber optics system.
  • Replacement/inspection of optical fiber cables. Splicing and organizing maintenance.
  • Keep track of signal strengths for adequate performance of devices TV/Computer/Mobiles etc.
  • Maintain system records on computers.
  • Other concepts related to OFT services in the market.

RACW Trainer (Air Conditioner and Refrigerator): to prepare trainees on

  • Basic concepts related to Electrical and Electronics domain.
  • Knowledge to assemble and disassemble Products like Split and Window ACs, Refridgerators and Semi and Fully automatic washing machines
  • Installation, Demo and Preventive maintenance of all above mentioned products
  • Various accessories used with these products and consumables required
  • Conduct online/offline training sessions,hands on practicals with these products,should be able to conduct internal assessments

Placement Executive:


  • Conduct prePlacement Session for course students for increasing job readiness. Provide guidance in resume writing, soft skills and interview preparation tips to students.
  • To create awareness about industries expectations, motivate students on various aspects such as attending interviews, accept the offers and to join etc.
  • Arrange Interviews for students after receiving requirements from center manager.
  • Taking followup of students on the day of Interview and same to be confirmed to center manager.
  • Coordinate with center manager for final status of Interview and same to be convey to students.
  • Provide Joining information to students and taking confirmations from them, same to be conveyed to center manager
  • Connect with placed students and taking weekly followup and Monthly followup with them.
  • Monthly Followup
  • Preparing necessary reports

Centre Manager:


Center manager will be responsible for managing activities that are part of our projects being run at concerned centers and will be accountable for smooth end-to-end implementation of projets.

Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy etc.

Manager is also responsible for Coordination with MIS team for enrollment, Mobilization of students etc.


Mobilizer:


  • Mobilise youth for vocational training/skill development programs
  • Mobiliser will act as medium between Society and Organization to connect the youth with relevant skill development courses
  • Understand various skill development courses run by the organisation and requirements by trainees to enroll for the courses
  • Develop rapport with relevant stakeholders educational institutions; government institutions like panchayats, blocks; partner agencies; community etc.
  • Conduct awareness sessions at schools, ITIs, colleges, communities etc. regarding the skill development courses
  • Conduct door to door survey in target localities as per predesigned survey forms.
  • Ensure that mobilization targets are completed within time frame.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
