Accounts Executive - Udhna, India - NJ INDIA INVEST PVT LTD
Description
Verify and processing (making entries) expenses into the system. Like...Courier, Electricity, Telephone, Photocopy, Conveyance, Printing bills, Travel & Hotel bills etc. Verify and processing the income bills in to the system.- Responsible for prepare Service tax credit report. Ledger scrutiny related works.
- Identification of the expense Head and JV entries for all expenses with all the mandatory details, Follow up to the PSCs in case of any expense clarification is required.
- Checking of Bills & Supporting for claims, Ensuring the authorization of the claims received from PSCs.
- To act as query solver of partner provided by customer care on behalf of accounts department
- Bank Reconciliation on daily basis of all the bank accounts & preparing cheques for payments above 25000
- Identify the nature of expense and amount in order to identify the respective approval authority according to the accounts process.
- Payment entry for all the manual brokerage payments.
- Send bills for authorisation and responsible for collect that bills and submit for payment.
- Followup with Branches for Explanation & Supporting
- Printing of the Books for Auditors. Ensuring proper filing of Vouchers & Bills.
