POSITION:
Documentation Controller (Female)

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Preparing and maintaining Minutes of Meetings, circulating to all related and archiving the same in company's data folder.
  • Preparing and processing of construction related instructions/drawings (ITC) to subcontractors, including maintaining Summary sheets and archiving the same in company's data folder.
  • Receiving, circulating and maintaining subcontractor's submissions (MAR, Shop Drawings, Method Statements,etc.) and archiving the same in company's data folder.
  • Responsible for Online Document Management.
  • Uploading documents on software on timely basis
  • Maintaining a file for Contractor/Consultant/vendor/General Correspondence.
  • Maintaining soft & Hard copy of all incoming & outgoing documents.
  • Maintaining the software. Processing & Keeping record of all documents.
  • Maintaining soft version of files, log sheet etc. in local server drive or SharePoint and hard copy of the same in library system for future reference.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Diploma - Civil or graduate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Document Controller handling similar works.
  • Should have experience of working in Construction/ PMC /Contracting / Design / Real Estate company.
  • Should have sound knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Outlook and other construction related software,
  • On-site experience will be preferred.
  • Should have good command on English language and must have sound communication skills.

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
