Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Kamal Associates, you will play a
pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible
for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and
the Real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in
achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and
emerging opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry

Business Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align business development efforts

Lead Generation and Sales:
- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead
- Manage the endtoend sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer
- Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Proposal Development:
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value
- Work closely with the marketing team to create collateral that supports business
