Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the company's

ongoing success.


Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Kamal Associates, you will play a

pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible

for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and

the Real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in

achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and

emerging opportunities.

  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry
developments.

Business Planning and Strategy:


  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve
organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align business development efforts
with overall company objectives.

Lead Generation and Sales:


  • Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead
generation activities.

  • Manage the endtoend sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation
and closure.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Proposal Development:


  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value
proposition of Kamal Associates.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create collateral that supports business
development efforts.

Metrics and Reporting:


  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of
business development initiatives.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress and
achievements.


Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English, Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
