Brief about the Team
***The medical affairs team helps to curate consumable, evidence-based, and accurate medical information for the users. The team takes care of medical content on various platforms including HRC, e-Diagnostics, and YouTube.


What will you do

Content optimization:
Collaborate with content creators to optimize new and existing content for
SEO, ensuring it aligns with target keywords, search intent, and user experience

Develop and implement
SEO strategies:
Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze website performance, and develop effective
SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility

On-page optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine visibility, user experience, and click-through rates


Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to align
SEO efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Provide guidance and support to ensure
SEO best practices are integrated into all relevant initiatives. Content strategy and video marketing to drive subscriptions and views on the channel will be an integral part of the key responsibilities


What we are looking for
***Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, with experience of minimum of 6 months in a similar role.

Proven experience as an
SEO Specialist or similar role

Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques

Familiarity with technical
SEO aspects such as website structure, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving
SEO issues.
