  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone. Requirements

  • Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible to work in shifts
Salary Up To

  • 11K TO 15K

Timing

  • 9:30AM TO 6PM
Qualification
