Key Responsibilities:
3D

Model Creation:
Develop accurate and high-quality 3D models that are structurally sound and aesthetically appealing. Ensure models are modifiable for future adjustments.

Structural Understanding and Improvement:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of product structures. Continuously enhance models for realism and efficiency.

Collaborative Product Development:

Work closely with product designers and 3D visualizers, providing expert insights and suggestions to aid the product development process.

Model Optimization and Future Usability:
Maintain models in an organized manner to facilitate future modifications. Adhere to industry and company standards for model longevity and usability.

Technological Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance design processes and product quality.

Project Management and Documentation:
Manage resources and time efficiently. Keep detailed records of models, modifications, and all project documentation.


Experience:

Proven experience in modeling props or characters.

Proficient in 3ds Max or equivalent 3D modeling software.


Deliverables:
High-fidelity 3D models suitable for product design validation, 3D printing, or digital representation.

Optimized 3D models that meet project requirements and are ready for future modifications.

Model Accuracy Rate:
Evaluation of the accuracy and quality of 3D models against provided images or sketches.

Model Optimization Index:
Tracking improvements in model realism and efficiency.

Collaboration Effectiveness Rate:
Assessment of collaborative efforts and contributions to design processes.

Model Usability Index:
Evaluation of model organization and ease of future modifications.

Technology Adaptation Rate:
Adaptation to new software and methodologies.

Project Completion Rate:
Timely completion of projects and maintenance of accurate, updated documentation.
