    Role Description:

    We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a full-time, on-site position as the Head of Human Resources based in Jaipur. In this pivotal role, the Head of Human Resources will lead the charge in overseeing all facets of human resources management within our organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, formulation of HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Additionally, the incumbent will play a crucial role in crafting and executing HR strategies that are in sync with the company's objectives and contribute to a vibrant workplace culture.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
    • Thorough understanding of Labour and Employment Laws
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a specific emphasis on fostering positive employee relations
    • Strong organizational aptitude coupled with effective problem-solving skills
    • Capacity to uphold confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
    • Previous experience in the technology sector is advantageous
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
