Job Overview:


As a Site Supervisor at Vardhman Developers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of construction projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing site operations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.


  • Oversee daytoday construction activities at the site, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any onsite issues promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain the construction schedule, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Address and resolve any unexpected challenges or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
  • Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on site progress, challenges, and potential solutions
  • Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and resources to minimize waste and optimize project costs.

Qualifications:


  • A degree in B.Civil Engineering or a relevant Diploma is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction site supervision is required.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols in construction.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
