• Communicate ideas that inspire and captivate consumers
• Develop the production design and overall layout for advertisements, magazines, banners, products, brochures, and more.
• Design graphics to meet specific promotional and commercial needs like logos, packaging, displays, or imagery for digital and printable products
• Decide how images and text work to fit a specific layout and size.
• Collaborate with _copywriters_ for text design and creation
• Create infographics that make complex ideas more accessible
• Test graphics across various media
• Communicate concepts and designs to clients or Art Directors prior to incorporating them into revised designs
• Amend designs based on stakeholder and client feedback
• Scan final graphic designs for typos and errors before publishing
• Upskill to keep uptodate with the latest tools and technologies
• Graphic Designer Requirements and Skills
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design
• 2 years of experience as a graphic designer
• Experience with computeraided design
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator or any other that your organization prefers
• An observant eye for visual composition.
• Thorough understanding of marketing, website design, production, corporate identity, advertisements, product packaging, and multimedia design.

• Schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include three or more simultaneous projects
• Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
• Brainstorm and strategize with multiple clients and stakeholders towards the creation of better web pages, newsletters, presentations, programming collateral, and marketing materials
• Employ best practices of the WordPress content management systems to upload quality work
• Use trend intelligence to design and implement specific classifications.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or relevant discipline
• 2+ years' experience in design (academic + professional)
• Familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Exceptional, innovative design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Timemanagement skills for meeting deadlines

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience in a marketing agency
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Photography experience
• Knowledge of WordPress
